This is an intense 55 minute resistance and cardio vascular workout that achieves maximum muscle definition and decreases body fat. Jari Love makes these classic routines interesting and effective by varying the tempo, changing the angles or adding modifications.

Throughout the DVD, the emphasis is on breath, proper form and using the correct weight level for each movement (e.g. heavier weights for biceps, lighter for shoulders).

About Jari Love: A competitive runner since her teens, health and fitness has always been central to Jari Love, which led to her becoming a personal trainer. However, with increasing responsibilities over time she had fewer hours to devote to training, so she used her knowledge of physiology to create her own training paradigm, customized for a busy parent and business person whose goal was to maintain peak fitness.
