Board of Directors

Remi Dufour

Remi is responsible for Grapeflix’s operations and strategy. He founded the company in 2006 after several years in management and finance with fortune 500 companies in the San Francisco bay area. Remi holds an MBA from Haas (U.C.Berkeley) and an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France.

Ashok Rao

Ashok is one of Grapeflix’s principal shareholders and has provided software development services to Grapeflix since its inception. Ashok is also the Chief Operating Officer of Dotsolved Inc., a software services firm founded in 2002 with prominent Bay Area clients and offices in San Jose and Chennai, India.

Jeff Siebenhaar

Jeff is one of Grapeflix’s principal shareholders and has provided hardware/isp services to Grapeflix since 2006. Jeff is also the President of Ostari Inc., an Enterprise Systems Solution Providers founded in 1981 with prominent Bay Area clients and offices in San Jose and San Diego in California.
